Last Friday we sent the Twitterverse into a dougnut frenzy when we decided to give away two dozen Glory Hole Doughnuts as part of our latest Context Contest.
We’re raving fans of Glory Hole Doughnuts here at Context and with such sinfully delicious flavors like fried chicken and waffles, s’mores and peanut butter and grape jelly, it’s just so hard to resit their dougnuts which is why we just had to share them with the rest of the world (or at least Toronto). So as part of our Context Contest, we decided to deliver two dozen Glory Hole Doughnuts to the winner anywhere in the GTA. This is how the contest went down.
We took pictures of the doughnuts and uploaded them on Pinterest.
Next we sent out a tweet with a link to the pictures.
Within minutes, we had attracted the attention of dozens of doughnut crazed fans who entered for the chance to win.
With a little help from Glory Hole Doughnuts, it wan’t long before we had everyone in a doughnut frenzy.
Even though we would have loved to share the doughnuts with everyone (they’re just that good) we eventually had to randomly draw and select the winner; Lindsay Kutner and her dog Sumo.
We quickly loaded up the car and in less than 30 minutes, our lucky winner and her co-workers at Shaw Media were feasting away on the Glory Hole doughnuts.
Another satisfied Context Contest winner!
Our Context Contests will be running for a few more weeks. Follow us on Twitter, look out for the hashtag every Friday (#contextcontest) and get in on the fun!
