So, there’s a few things we’re passionate about: Toronto and building awesome buildings. Since it’s opening week for the Blue Jays, we thought we’d go ahead and show the similarities between some of our projects past and present and the starting roster for the Toronto Blue Jays!
Tip Top Lofts
Tip-top lofts, originally the HQ for one of the nation’s most popular men’s clothiers, had to go through a reinvention to become the lovely adaptive re-use project it now is. Much like our ace kunckleballer, R.A. Dickey.
The Spire
Flashy, and somewhat brand new in the grand sceme of things, The Spire is a lot like our current shortstop, Jose Reyes
Home
Home Condos is a massive 46 unit complex just around high park in Toronto. Reminds us of a larger, homerun hitting left fielder…
Radio City
Radio City, in the heart of the city, a shining jewel on the Context crown, if we were to wear crowns. We prefer those clever little hats they wore at Prince William’s wedding, those were awesome. Anyway, Radio City is very dear to our hearts — just like Jose Bautista, the anchor of the Blue Jays squad.
Mozo
The Modern Living Zone, in the east end of Toronto, is a bit of an underrated development. A wide array of features and fantastic design makes for a great comparable to our first baseman, Edwin Encarnacion
Market Wharf
Here we are: tall, versatile and might we say, attractive? Market Wharf is all three of those. What? J.P.? Yeah, we suppose those also describe him.
District
Something a little unique, innovative and combines the best of both worlds? Well that’s none other then District, and strangely reminiscent of our Centerfielder, Colby Rasmus.
Library District
The new guy, the young gun. Still up and coming, but big things are waiting for this rising star. A little like Brett Lawrie, no?
The Loretto
You know what, it flies under the radar, but is a star in it’s own right. The Loretto, is a nice little complex tucked away in the annex, only minutes away from the hustle of downtown! much like newcomer Emilio Bonifacio
Did we do good? Let us know in the comments or on twitter!
