If you’ve been following all of our Market Wharf construction updates so far, then you probably already know just how busy we’ve been over the past few months and how quickly construction has been moving along.

Pouring has finished on the two level penthouse units and the glazing has been installed up to the 24th floor.

Work is now underway on the lower floors and this includes electrical, plumbing, framing, drywalling etc. The teams will be going up floor by floor to complete this work.The roof is also being poured at the moment.

And to end off, we’re pleased to report that occupancy is scheduled for January!
