THE PROJECT

Formerly the Loretto Abbey Day School, The Loretto involved a complex restoration and contemporary addition to the original brick heritage structure. Additionally, 13 contemporary limestone clad townhomes were constructed in the former rear yard and now frame an intimate green courtyard.

Located on Brunswick Avenue in the heart of Toronto’s Annex neighbourhood, The Loretto is steps to Bloor Street West, The University of Toronto, Queen’s Park, and the Royal Ontario Museum.
