THE PROJECT
The development includes streetscapes built to new urbanism standards and architecture that is compatible with the existing Riverdale environment and is a high quality extension of the surrounding, established neighbourhood.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Upper East Side is located in east Toronto, in Riverdale near Paper and Danforth. Riverdale has a mix of Edwardian era homes, shops, and industrial buildings. The neighbourhood features three large recreational parks and is known as a thriving residential neighborhood, from the strong arts community that caters to independent galleries, designer furniture stores, and upscale restaurants on Queen Street, to the large corporate film studios along the waterfront.
